Cribl is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support remote customers in the United States, with a strong preference for candidates in the Midwest or Southeast. You will demo Cribl’s telemetry software, lead POCs, and advise customers on maximizing value across AWS, Azure, and on-prem environments.

Expect travel up to 30% and collaboration across time zones. The role combines technical storytelling with pre-sales expertise, helping customers understand Cribl's potential in real-world data

Qualifications

• Experience selling to SLED customers.
• Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support.
• Experience with multiple environments (AWS, Azure, on-prem) and Linux.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Regex, and KQL.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
• Demo the product suite and answer technical questions during pre-sales motions.
• Lead the proof-of-concept experience through guided sessions with prospects.
• Act as an ongoing, trusted technical advisor to existing customers, understanding their environment and how Cribl can continuously add value.
• Document interesting domain use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
