Cribl is seeking a Solutions Engineer to help customers unleash Cribl's data observability in real-world environments. This remote-first role covers the United States, with a strong preference for candidates in the Midwest or Southeast.

Travel up to 30% may be required to support customers and marketing events. You will demo product suites, answer technical questions during pre-sales motions, and lead PoC sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security Background of successfully selling deals to SLED customers.
• Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support.
• Experience working with multiple environments (AWS, Azure, on-prem) and operating systems (Linux a must).
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, Regex, and KQL.
• Prior Cribl product experience. Even better if you have feedback.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
• Demo the product suite and answer technical questions during pre-sales motions.
• Lead the proof-of-concept experience through guided sessions with prospects.
• Act as an ongoing, trusted technical advisor to existing customers, understanding their environment and how Cribl can continuously add value.
• Travel up to 30% to support customers and marketing events.
