Cribl is seeking a Solutions Engineer to help customers unlock the full potential of Cribl in real-world environments. Qualifications

• Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security background in selling deals to diverse customers.
• Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support.
• Experience with multiple environments (AWS, Azure, on-prem) and Linux proficiency.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, Regex, and KQL.
• Prior Cribl product experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
• Demo the product suite and answer technical questions during pre-sales motions.
• Lead the proof-of-concept experience through guided sessions with prospects.
• Act as an ongoing, trusted technical advisor to existing customers, understanding their environment and how Cribl can add value.
• Document interesting domain use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
• Travel up to 30% to support customers and marketing events.
