Job summary

Jellyvision is hiring a Solutions Consultant to be the trusted advisor for the full ALEX Home suite and the Revenue and Renewal team's go-to product expert. You'll master our products, demo environments, and security requirements, aligning solutions with customer needs and sales processes.

Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Deal Desk to accelerate deals and ensure product-market fit. You will support discovery, design tailored solutions, and deliver compelling demos while navigating APIs,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting or related roles within HR tech or benefits
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders
• Understanding of decision-support or employee benefits engagement tools
• Familiarity with broker and carrier ecosystems
• Ability to translate product and system details for customers
• Proven ability to create customer-facing collateral in plain language

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy and lead the solution side of complex opportunities
• Model discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients
• Shape proposed solutions around buyer needs and fit into architecture
• Provide expert input on RFPs and security questionnaires with the Deal Desk
• Deliver in-depth demos and respond to solution information requests
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to represent market voice
• Support training and enablement with advanced solution collateral
