Job summary

Jellyvision is seeking a Solutions Consultant to become the trusted product expert for the ALEX Home suite and the Revenue and Renewal teams. You will master our solutions, demos, architecture and security requirements to accelerate deals and build buyer trust.

You will design tailored solutions, present complex ideas clearly, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Legal and Sales to translate customer needs into compelling demonstrations. Up to 25% travel may be required.

Qualifications

5+ years in presales, solutions consulting or benefits/HR tech implementations.
Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools is a plus.
Understanding of broker and carrier ecosystem.
Ability to translate product and system details for customers clearly.

Responsibilities

Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy and lead the solution side of complex deals.
Model discovery, demos and solution design for prospects, brokers and clients.
Shape solutions to meet buyer needs and cross-train teammates.
Explain APIs, file feeds, and SSO in customer architectures and security considerations.
Contribute to revenue goals through win rate and deal velocity.
Collaborate with Proposal & Deal Desk on RFPs and plan analyses.
