Job summary

Jellyvision is seeking a Solutions Consultant to be the trusted advisor for the full ALEX Home suite and the Revenue and Renewal team's go‑to product expert. You’ll master our products, demo environment, system architecture, security and implementation requirements, and the sales process to speed deals and build trust with buyers, brokers and partners.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing and Product to reflect the voice of the market, shape solutions around buyer needs, and help cross‑train

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting or HR tech/benefits
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders
• Experience with decision support or benefits engagement tools preferred
• Understanding of broker and carrier ecosystem
• Ability to translate product details for customers and create collateral

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities
• Lead solution design for complex deals and tailor demos
• Explain integration capabilities (APIs, file feeds, SSO) and architecture
• Deliver in-depth demos and field questions in real time
• Contribute to team revenue goals through win rate and deal velocity
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to reflect voice of the market
