Jellyvision is seeking a Solutions Consultant to be the trusted advisor for the full ALEX Home suite and the Revenue and Renewal teams. You will master our products, demos, system architecture, security and implementation requirements, and the sales process to speed deals and build trust with buyers.

You will deliver high‑quality demos, tailor solutions for each buyer, and collaborate with Marketing and Product to voice market needs.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in presales or solutions consulting in HR tech or benefits administration.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, legal, security and technology teams.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities.
• Lead discovery, demos and solution design for prospects, brokers and clients.
• Explain integration capabilities including APIs, file feeds and SSO.
• Speak confidently to security and data-privacy topics in live conversations.
• Field questions and objections in real time and support plan design analyses.
