Job summary

Jellyvision is seeking a Solutions Consultant to be the trusted advisor for the full ALEX Home suite and the Revenue and Renewal team's go-to product expert. You’ll master our products, demos, system architecture, security and implementation requirements to accelerate deals and build buyer trust.

You’ll partner with Account Executives, shape tailored solutions, and demonstrate integrations (APIs, file feeds, SSO) while addressing security concerns and collaborating with Marketing and Product to

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting or benefits HR tech.
• Designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level.
• Experience with decision support or benefits engagement tools.
• Understanding broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Absorb product details quickly and translate for customers.
• Create customer-facing collateral addressing product concerns.
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, legal, security and tech.
• Experience in high-growth environment with product launches.
• Strong communication, honest and empathetic delivery.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy and lead solution side.
• Model discovery, demos and solution design for prospects and brokers.
• Shape proposed solutions around each buyer's needs.
• Become SME in ALEX decision support and cross-train teammates.
• Answer information requests, design tailored solutions and deliver demos.
• Explain integration capabilities (APIs, file feeds, SSO) and fit with architecture.
• Address security and data-privacy topics in live conversations.
• Field questions and objections, compare with competitors.
• Collaborate with Proposal & Deal Desk on RFPs and plan analyses.
• Contribute to team revenue goals through win rate and velocity.
