Job summary

Jellyvision is hiring a Solutions Consultant to be a trusted advisor for the full ALEX Home suite. You will master product capabilities, demos, security and implementation requirements, and align solutions with customer needs while supporting the sales process.

In this remote role, you will collaborate with Marketing, Product and Sales to bring market insights into the benefits platform. Expect close collaboration with brokers, partners and buyers across enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting or implementation within benefits administration or HR tech.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and demos for complex deals with direct prospects, brokers and clients.
• Explain integration capabilities (APIs, file feeds, SSO) and map to customer architecture.
• Partner with Account Executives and Proposal/Deal Desk on RFPs and plan analysis.
