Job summary

Jellyvision seeks a Solutions Consultant to become the trusted advisor for the full ALEX Home suite, supporting Revenue and Renewal teams with product expertise, demos, and security considerations. You’ll collaborate with Marketing and Product to capture market voice and shape winning proposals.

You’ll master our decision support tools, engage with buyers and brokers, and craft tailored solutions that address each client’s architecture and needs while advancing deals and customer trust.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales or solutions consulting within benefits or HR tech.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools preferred.
• Understanding of broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to translate product details for customers in plain language.
• Up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy and lead the solution side of complex deals.
• Model discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects and brokers.
• Design tailored solutions that fit each buyer's needs.
• Explain integration capabilities, including APIs and SSO, and align with customer architecture.
• Speak to security and data-privacy topics in live conversations.
• Collaborate with Proposal & Deal Desk on RFPs and security questionnaires.
• Contribute to team revenue goals through win rate and deal velocity.
