Job summary

Jellyvision seeks a Solutions Consultant to be a trusted advisor for the full ALEX Home suite and the Revenue and Renewal team's go-to product expert. You will master our products, demo environment, system architecture, security and implementation requirements, customer needs and the sales process.

You’ll provide high-quality solution support that speeds up deals and builds trust with buyers, brokers, and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting or implementation within benefits administration or HR tech.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools.
• Understanding of broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to translate product and system details for customers clearly.
• Ability to create customer-facing collateral addressing product and system concerns.
• History of collaborating across sales, marketing, legal, security and technology teams.
• Experience in a high-growth environment with new product launches.
• Strong communication skills; able to present complex ideas clearly and empathetically.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities and lead the solution side of complex deals.
• Model discovery, demos and solution design for prospects, brokers and clients.
• Shape the proposed solution around each buyer's needs.
• Become a subject-matter expert in ALEX decision support and help train teammates.
• Answer requests, design tailored solutions and deliver in-depth demos.
• Explain integration capabilities (APIs, file feeds, SSO) and how they fit customer architecture.
• Discuss security and data-privacy topics in live conversations.
• Field questions and objections and differentiate Jellyvision's approach.
• Support RFPs and plan analysis with input from the Proposal & Deal Desk.
• Contribute to team revenue goals through win rate and deal velocity.
