Job summary

Jellyvision seeks a Solutions Consultant to become a trusted advisor for the ALEX Home suite and the Revenue team's go-to product expert. You’ll master our products, demos, and security requirements while aligning with buyers’ needs to accelerate deals.

You’ll collaborate across marketing, product, and sales to bring the voice of the market into our benefits platform, with up to 25% travel and a flexible remote work setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales or solutions consulting within benefits administration or HR technology.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools preferred.
• Understanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to translate product and system details for customers clearly.
• History of collaborating across sales, marketing, legal, security and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy and lead the solution side of complex and strategic deals.
• Model best-in-class discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients.
• Shape the proposed solution around each buyer's needs.
• Become a subject-matter expert in ALEX decision support and cross-train teammates.
• Answer solution information requests and deliver in-depth demos.
• Explain integration capabilities, including APIs, file feeds and SSO, and how they fit customer architectures.
• Speak on security and data-privacy topics in live conversations.
• Field questions and objections in real time and compare with competitors.
• Provide input on RFPs and support plan design analysis to confirm product fit.
• Contribute to team revenue goals through win rate and deal velocity.
