Job summary

Jellyvision is seeking a Solutions Consultant to be the trusted advisor for the full ALEX Home suite and the Revenue and Renewal teams. You’ll master our products, demos, architecture, security and implementation needs, helping accelerate deals and build trust with buyers, brokers and partners.

You’ll partner with Marketing and Product to bring the voice of the market, shape solutions around buyer needs, and cross-train teammates to ensure scalable success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting or implementation.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Understanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to translate product details into customer-friendly language.
• Experience in a high-growth environment with new product launches.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities and lead the solution side of complex deals.
• Model discovery, demos and solution design for prospects and clients.
• Shape proposals to fit each buyer's needs and preferences.
• Become a subject-matter expert in ALEX decision support and train teammates.
• Deliver in-depth demos and design tailored solutions for customer architectures.
• Explain integration capabilities, APIs, file feeds and SSO and security considerations.
• Address questions and objections and highlight Jellyvision's differentiators.
• Collaborate with Proposal & Deal Desk on RFPs, security questionnaires and plan analysis.
• Contribute to team revenue through win rate and deal velocity.
