Job summary

Jellyvision is seeking a Solutions Consultant to be the trusted advisor across the full ALEX Home suite. You will master product and security requirements, run high-quality demos, and align solutions with buyer needs while supporting the sales process.

This role emphasizes collaboration with Marketing, Product, and the Revenue team to bring market voice into the benefits platform. You will engage with brokers, buyers, and partners, shaping tailored solutions and contributing to revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting or benefits HR tech implementations.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Strong ability to translate product details into customer-friendly language.
• Familiarity with broker/carrier ecosystems and security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities and lead the solution side of complex deals.
• Model discovery, demos and solution design for prospects, brokers and clients.
• Shape solutions around each buyer's needs and deliver in-depth demos.
• Explain integration capabilities (APIs, file feeds, SSO) and security implications.
• Collaborate with Proposal & Deal Desk on RFPs and plan analysis.
• Contribute to team revenue goals through win rate and deal velocity.
