Job summary

Jellyvision is seeking a Solutions Consultant to become the trusted advisor for the ALEX Home suite and the Revenue and Renewal team's go-to product expert. You will master our products, demo environment, architecture and security requirements, aligning customer needs with the sales process.

You will deliver high-quality demos, explain integration capabilities, address security concerns, and collaborate with Marketing and Product to bring the voice of the market into our benefits suite.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting or benefits HR tech.
• Ability to design and demo complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools preferred.
• Understanding of broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to translate product and system details into client-friendly language.
• Proven ability to create customer-facing collateral addressing product concerns.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities and lead the solution design.
• Model discovery, demos and tailored solutions for direct prospects and brokers.
• Explain integration capabilities (APIs, file feeds and SSO) and align with customer architectures.
• Address security and data-privacy topics in live discussions.
• Support RFPs and security questionnaires with expert input and plan analysis.
• Contribute to revenue goals through win rate and deal velocity.
