Job summary

Jellyvision is seeking a Solutions Consultant to become the trusted advisor for the full ALEX Home suite and support the Revenue and Renewal teams. You will master our products, demos, and security requirements while aligning customer needs with sales processes.

You will design tailored solutions, deliver in-depth demos, and work with Marketing and Product to capture market voice. Frequent travel up to 25% may be required as you drive deals and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting, benefits consulting, or implementation within benefits administration or HR technology.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools is preferred.
• Understanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to translate product and system details into customer-friendly language.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities and lead the solution side of complex deals.
• Model best-in-class discovery, demos, and solution design for prospects, brokers, and clients.
• Shape the proposed solution around each buyer's needs and fit it to their architecture.
• Explain integration capabilities (APIs, file feeds, SSO) and security considerations in live conversations.
• Collaborate with Proposal & Deal Desk on RFPs and plan analyses to ensure product fit.
• Contribute to team revenue goals through win rate, deal velocity, and solution quality.
