Job summary

Jellyvision is seeking a Solutions Consultant to be the trusted advisor for the full ALEX Home suite. You will master the product, demos, architecture, security and implementation requirements, helping buyers, brokers and partners accelerate deals.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Product to bring the voice of the market into our benefits platform, design tailored solutions, deliver in-depth demos, and travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting or benefits-related advisory.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools preferred.
• Understanding of broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to translate product and system details for customers clearly.
• Ability to create customer-facing collateral addressing product concerns.
• History of cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, legal, security and tech teams.
• Experience in high-growth environments with new product launches.
• Strong communication: honest, compelling, empathetic.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities and lead solution design.
• Model discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients.
• Shape the proposed solution around each buyer's needs and architecture.
• Become a subject-matter expert in ALEX decision support and cross-train teammates.
• Respond to information requests and deliver tailored, in-depth demos.
• Explain integration capabilities (APIs, file feeds, SSO) and security considerations.
• Address security and data privacy in live conversations.
• Handle questions/objections and show competitive advantages.
• Collaborate with Proposal & Deal Desk on RFPs and security questionnaires.
• Contribute to revenue goals via win rate, deal velocity and solution quality.
