Job summary

Jellyvision is seeking a Solutions Consultant for the full ALEX Home suite. You will master our products, deliver high‑quality demos, and align solutions with customer needs, security, and implementation requirements.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Product to bring the voice of the market into our benefits suite. The role is remote with up to 25% travel and commission eligibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting or HR tech benefits.
• Experience designing and demoing enterprise solutions for C-level.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools preferred.
• Understanding broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Translate product and system details for customers clearly.
• Create customer-facing collateral addressing product and system concerns.
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, legal, security and tech teams.
• Up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy and lead solution design.
• Model discovery, demos, and tailored solutions for buyers.
• Explain integration capabilities (APIs, SSO) and security posture.
• Support RFPs and plan analysis with the Deal Desk.
• Contribute to revenue goals through win rate and velocity.
