Job summary

Jellyvision is seeking a Solution Consultant to be the trusted expert for the ALEX Home suite. You will partner with Account Executives, design tailored solutions, and deliver compelling demos that address buyer needs while explaining security, data privacy, and integration options.

You'll work with Marketing, Product and Legal to align solutions with market needs, train teammates, and help drive revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting, or implementation within benefits administration or HR technology
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools
• Understanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem
• Ability to absorb product and system details quickly and translate them for customers

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities and lead the solution side of complex deals
• Model best-in-class discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients
• Shape the proposed solution around each buyer's needs
• Become a subject-matter expert in ALEX decision support and help cross-train teammates
• Answer solution information requests, design tailored solutions and deliver in-depth demos
• Explain integration capabilities, APIs, file feeds and SSO and how they fit customer architecture
• Speak to security and data-privacy topics in live conversations
• Field questions and objections and compare with competitors
• Collaborate with Proposal & Deal Desk on RFPs and plan analysis
• Contribute to team revenue goals through win rate and deal velocity
• Partner with Sales Enablement to create advanced solution collateral
• Represent the voice of the market with Marketing and Product
• Identify pilots and new product fits based on customer environments
• Utilize knowledge of customer systems to target opportunities
• Travel up to 25%
