Job summary

Jellyvision is seeking a results‑driven Solutions Consultant to become the trusted expert for the ALEX Home suite and the Revenue and Renewal teams. You’ll master our products, run deep demos, assess architecture, security and implementation needs, and accelerate deals with buyers, brokers and partners.

You will collaborate with Marketing and Product to capture market voice, tailor solutions, and support proposals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting or HR tech benefits.
• Experience designing enterprise demos for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or benefits engagement tools.
• Understanding of broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to translate product details into customer-ready collateral.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, legal, security, and technology teams.
• Experience in a high-growth environment with new product launches.
• Excellent communication; able to present complex ideas clearly.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities and lead the solution side of complex deals.
• Model discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients.
• Explain integration capabilities, including APIs, file feeds and SSO, and fit to customer architecture.
• Provide input on RFPs and support plan design analysis with the Deal Desk.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to voice market needs and guide future products.
