Job summary

Jellyvision is seeking a Solutions Consultant to become a trusted advisor for the full ALEX Home suite and the Revenue and Renewal teams. You will master our products, demo environment, and security requirements, while aligning with customer needs and the sales process.

You will craft tailored solutions, lead complex demos, and collaborate with marketing, product, and legal to ensure product-market fit. This remote role includes up to 25% travel and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting or implementation within benefits administration or HR technology.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities and lead the solution side of complex deals.
• Model discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients.
• Explain integration capabilities, APIs, file feeds and SSO and how they fit customer architectures.
• Deliver in-depth demos, tailor solutions and respond to RFPs with input from the team.
• Contribute to team revenue goals through win rate and deal velocity.
