Job summary

This senior role interfaces with customers to translate needs into comprehensive designs. The position covers the US East region and requires travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical IT experience focusing on consulting and solution selling.
• Designing large scale solutions utilizing various network topologies.
• Knowledge-based and industry certifications are strongly preferred.
• Travel up to 25% based on customer and business needs.
• Knowledge of GPUs and AI/ML workflows is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product presentations, system architecture and design, developing technical responses to RFIs/RFPs, and supporting customer expectations and escalations.
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of HPC, company products and solutions and translates customer needs into technical designs.
• Partner with the account team to build customer relationships and advocate technical strategies for transformation.
• Serve as a solution evangelist for specific technologies; contribute to market intelligence and opportunity generation.
• Leverage partner products by mapping the right partner to the right solution opportunity.
• Mentor and guide junior solution architects in conceptual designs and customizations.
