Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking a Software Customer Service Manager for a fully remote role, with 25-50% travel in the Southeast region. You will lead day-to-day management of PremierOne, Flex and Emergency Call Handling software to meet contractual obligations while delivering expert support.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in CommandCenter Software or Mobile Video deployment, engineering, sales/presales, CMSO or related areas, plus strong API,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of customer success/public safety experience
• Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer(s).
• Legal authorization to work in the U. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsabilités

• Execute service agreements and deploy field resources effectively.
• Ensure best practices are followed in the customer's environment.
• Deliver consistent service levels by exceeding expectations and managing escalations.
• Coordinate technical changes, cloud releases, and upgrade plans.
• Maintain awareness of complex service matters and technical solutions.
• Report on technical performance and review open service requests.
• Coordinate between account teams and technical resources.
• Build value-added relationships to become the trusted technical advisor.
• Develop strong knowledge of Motorola Software and Video products.
• Proficiency in Agile project management.
• Familiarity with deployment methodologies and quality processes.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions with exceptional quality.
