Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a remote Customer Success Manager to oversee PremierOne, Flex, and Emergency Call Handling software. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Deployment, and CMSO Support to ensure delivery, adoption, and satisfaction across public safety and government clients.

The role requires roughly 5+ years in related software deployment or managed services, a Bachelor's degree, ability to obtain government clearance, and 25–50% travel in the Southeast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of customer success/public safety experience.
• Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer(s).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of service agreements and deployment of field resources.
• Coordinate technical changes and upgrades with customers.
• Provide clear communication between account teams and technical resources.
• Build trusted technical advisor relationships with customers.
