Job summary

Yelp is hiring a Sales Manager for SMB Outbound Sales, fully remote within the United States. You will lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives focused on selling Yelp advertising solutions to small businesses across the U.S.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and data-driven improvements to exceed monthly revenue targets. The position requires strong leadership, experience in high-volume outbound sales, and a remote-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience building and leading inside sales teams in a high-volume outbound environment.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop reps to reach quota.
• Strong data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 10-15 Account Executives in a high-volume outbound environment.
• Drive daily outbound activity and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Provide hands-on coaching through call reviews, shadowing, and 1:1s to strengthen skills.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture with accountability and growth.
• Manage team meetings, trainings, and performance check-ins to drive results.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion and revenue.
• Communicate Yelp's products, pricing, and policies clearly to clients.
• Utilize internal tools to research, draft proposals, and analyze data.
