Yelp is seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager for SMB outbound to lead a team of inside sales reps, selling Yelp advertising solutions to local businesses across the U.S. This remote role requires strong coaching, coaching, and quota attainment.

You will drive daily activity, coach through call reviews, track KPIs, and collaborate to exceed monthly revenue targets. Remote-first but home internet required; resides in East or Midwest US.

Competenze

• 1+ years of experience effectively developing and managing inside sales teams within a high-volume, outbound sales environment.
• Experience selling digital products to SMBs.
• Proven success leading teams in a cold calling environment with a focus on high activity and quota achievement.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a commitment to developing others and fostering career growth.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and implement actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Bachelor's degree OR 3+ years of customer-facing experience and HS Diploma/GED.
• Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection; no satellite or mobile hotspot.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 10-15 Account Executives in a high-volume outbound environment.
• Drive daily outbound activity and ensure KPI targets are met or exceeded.
• Provide hands-on coaching through call reviews, live shadowing, and 1:1s to improve skills and close rates.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, high-performance culture focused on accountability, growth, and learning.
• Lead team meetings, trainings, and performance check-ins to drive engagement and results.
• Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and revenue.
• Ensure clear communication of Yelp's products, pricing, and policies to prospects.
• Utilize internal tools to research, draft proposals, analyze data and overcome objections.
