Job summary

Yelp is seeking a Sales Manager for SMB Outbound Sales (Remote). This role will guide a high-volume outbound team across the US, focusing on selling Yelp's advertising solutions to local businesses.

You'll coach daily, analyze performance, and drive activity to meet KPIs, while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture. East or Midwest residency is preferred for time zone alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience building and leading high-volume outbound sales teams.
• Proven success in selling digital products to SMBs.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze metrics.
• Excellent communication and organization.
• Comfortable in a remote-first environment.
• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience with HS Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a 10–15 member team of Account Executives.
• Drive daily outbound activity and KPI attainment.
• Provide hands-on coaching through call reviews and 1:1s.
• Communicate Yelp's products, pricing, and policies to clients.
• Analyze performance data to improve conversion and revenue.
