Yelp is seeking a Sales Manager for SMB Outbound Sales to lead a high-volume outbound team across the U.S. You will coach, develop, and drive performance in a fast-paced, remote-first environment while ensuring accurate product and pricing communications.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience developing and managing inside sales teams in a high-volume outbound environment.
• Experience selling digital products to SMBs and using Salesforce CRM.
• Proven success leading teams in a cold calling environment with high activity and quota attainment.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with commitment to developing others.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 10-15 Account Executives in a high-volume outbound environment.
• Drive daily outbound activity and ensure KPI achievement.
• Provide hands-on coaching through call reviews, shadowing, and 1:1s to improve close rates.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, high-performance team culture.
• Facilitate team meetings, trainings, and performance check-ins to drive results.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversions and revenue.
• Communicate Yelp’s products, pricing, and policies to clients clearly.
• Utilize Chatbench to research, draft proposals, analyze data and overcome objections.
