Yelp is seeking an Outbound Sales Manager to guide a 10-15 member Inside Sales team selling Yelp Advertising to SMBs across the U.S. This remote-first role requires coaching, strategic planning, and data-driven leadership to exceed revenue targets.

You will drive high-volume outbound calling, train reps, and ensure accurate communication of pricing and products. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with access to reliable internet and a remote work setup.

Competenze

• 1+ years of experience developing and managing inside sales teams in high-volume outbound environment.
• Experience selling digital products to SMBs and using Salesforce CRM.
• Proven success leading teams with high activity and quota achievement.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 10-15 Account Executives in a high-volume outbound environment.
• Drive daily outbound activity and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Provide hands-on coaching through call reviews, live shadowing, and 1:1s to improve close rates.
