Job summary

Yelp is seeking an Outbound Sales Manager to lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives selling Yelp's advertising solutions to SMBs across the U.S. This hands-on leadership role focuses on coaching, high-volume outbound calls, and consultative selling to drive revenue growth.

You will hire, develop, and inspire a 10–15 person team, optimize activity, analyze performance metrics, and partner with cross-functional teams to exceed monthly targets in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience developing and managing inside sales teams in a high-volume outbound environment.
• Experience selling digital products to SMBs and using Salesforce CRM.
• Proven success leading teams in a cold calling environment with high activity and quota achievement.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a commitment to developing others.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 10–15 Account Executives in a high-volume outbound environment.
• Drive daily outbound activity and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Provide hands-on coaching through call reviews, shadowing, and 1:1s to strengthen skills.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, high-performance team culture focused on accountability and growth.
• Facilitate team meetings, trainings, and performance check-ins to drive results.
• Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies to exceed revenue targets.
• Ensure clear communication of Yelp’s products, pricing, and policies to clients.
