Yelp is seeking a results-oriented Outbound Sales Manager to lead a 10–15 person Inside Sales team across the U.S. With a remote-first setup, you’ll coach reps, drive outbound activity, and exceed revenue targets through consultative selling of Yelp's advertising solutions to SMBs.

You’ll need 1+ years in leading high-volume inside sales, experience with Salesforce CRM, and a track record of quota achievement. Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing work required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience developing/managing inside sales teams in a high-volume outbound environment.
• Experience selling digital products to SMBs.
• Proven success leading teams in a cold calling environment with high activity & quota.
• Strong coaching/mentoring skills to develop others.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze metrics and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first setting.
• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years customer-facing experience with HS Diploma/GED.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 10-15 Account Executives in a high-volume outbound environment.
• Drive daily outbound activity; ensure KPIs met/exceeded.
• Provide hands-on coaching through call reviews, shadowing, 1:1s.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on accountability and growth.
• Facilitate team meetings, trainings, and performance check-ins.
