Accendra Health is seeking a Sleep Coach to remotely guide patients through their CPAP therapy during the first year of treatment. You will educate and support patients, interpret usage data, and help overcome barriers to adherence.

The role involves independent work across a remote setting, with a focus on clear communication and patient empowerment to improve outcomes and insurance alignment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working with patients diagnosed with OSA is preferred.
• Experience working with various insurance plans (HMO, PPO, Medicare) is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Proactively reach out to and respond to patients during their first full year of CPAP therapy.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to coach, educate, and encourage patients as they adjust to CPAP therapy.
• Help patients identify barriers to using their therapy consistently and provide practical tools and strategies to overcome them.
• Review patient usage information through manufacturer software and use that information to guide conversations.
• Provide basic troubleshooting support for PAP and mask equipment and help patients understand how to use their equipment properly.
• Educate patients about insurance requirements, equipment cleaning, and future resupply needs.
