Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• OSA patient experience preferred.
• Insurance plans knowledge (HMO, PPO, Medicare) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to patients during their first full year of CPAP therapy.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to coach and educate patients.
• Identify barriers to therapy and provide practical tools to overcome them.
• Review patient data to guide data-driven conversations.
• Document patient interactions accurately in the patient account.
