Job summary

Accendra Health seeks a Sleep Coach to provide exceptional customer service and CPAP therapy guidance to patients. You will educate patients on therapy usage, adherence, and insurance considerations while guiding them through device setup and maintenance.

You will analyze usage data, address adherence barriers, and encourage patients to utilize mobile apps for ongoing support, while adhering to HIPAA guidelines and delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge and experience working with patients diagnosed with OSA preferred
• Experience with various insurance plans (HMO, PPO, Medicare)

Responsibilities

• Proactive and reactive patient outreach for the first year of CPAP therapy.
• Coach and educate new CPAP sleep patients via calls; assist with equipment troubleshooting.
• Review patient usage data to tailor coaching using manufacturer software.
• Support patients in understanding therapy benefits, insurance requirements, and supplies.
