Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a remote Sleep Coach to guide CPAP therapy for patients during their first year. You will provide personalized education, support, and practical strategies to improve adherence, using patient data and coaching techniques.

The role emphasizes independent work, clear patient communication, and collaboration with a nationwide team while maintaining HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with patients diagnosed with OSA preferred.
• Experience with various insurance plans (HMO, PPO, Medicare) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to patients during their first full year of CPAP therapy.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to coach, educate, and encourage patients.
• Identify barriers to therapy use and provide practical tools to overcome them.
• Review patient usage data and guide data-driven conversations.
• Educate patients about insurance requirements, cleaning, and resupply.
• Document patient interactions and next steps in the account.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and company privacy requirements.
