Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with OSA patients and CPAP therapy desirable.
• Familiarity with HMO, PPO, and Medicare insurance plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and CPAP therapy information to patients.
• Coach inbound/outbound calls for new CPAP patients.
• Document patient interactions and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Troubleshoot equipment and guide adherence improvements.
• Utilize patient usage data to inform conversations.
