Accendra Health is hiring a Sleep Coach to assist patients in maximizing CPAP therapy. This remote position involves educating patients, guiding adherence, and helping with equipment and insurance steps. You’ll leverage usage data and coaching techniques to address barriers and support better outcomes.

You will work independently yet stay connected with the care team, ensuring a positive patient experience during the first year of treatment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with patients diagnosed with OSA is preferred.
• Experience working with various insurance plans (HMO, PPO, Medicare) is preferred.
