Accendra Health is seeking a remote Sleep Coach to guide patients through CPAP therapy during the first year. You will coach, educate, and support patients, using usage data to drive meaningful conversations and troubleshoot equipment when needed.

This role emphasizes patient-centered communication, independent work, and collaboration with a care team. It offers a remote-based schedule and a focus on improving adherence and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• OSA-related patient care experience is preferred.
• Experience with multiple insurance plans (HMO, PPO, Medicare) is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Proactively reach out to CPAP patients during their first year of therapy.
• Conduct inbound and outbound coaching calls to educate and encourage adherence.
• Identify barriers and offer practical tools to improve consistent use.
• Review patient usage data to guide data-driven conversations.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for PAP and mask equipment.
• Educate patients on insurance requirements, cleaning, and resupply needs.
• Document interactions and next steps in the patient account.
• Maintain HIPAA/privacy compliance and support team collaboration.
