Job summary

Transcom is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support customers remotely from home. You will answer questions about skincare and cosmetics, explain product changes, and recommend alternatives while handling safety reports and gathering feedback.

Excellent English, 18+, and strong typing are essential. Position is full-time, remote across multiple US states, with benefits including health, 401(k), paid time off, and equipment provided.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Able to work full-time 32-40 hours per week with overtime opportunities.
• Able to adhere to assigned schedule in a full-time role.
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong computer knowledge and typing speed of at least 25 wpm.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused and professional demeanor.
• Experience in skincare/cosmetics customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly voice of our client answering questions about products.
• Explain changes in product formulations and recommend similar products.
• Handle safety reports about products and communicate with partners.
• Monitor and record user feedback to improve services and products.
• Engage with customers remotely and maintain high service standards.
