Job summary

Transcom is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to handle inbound calls and written requests from home. You will answer questions about skincare products, explain formulation changes, and recommend alternatives while maintaining a high level of service.

The role requires excellent English communication, reliability in a full-time remote setting, and the ability to navigate multiple systems while helping customers efficiently from a private home office.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Able to work full-time 32–40 hours with overtime as needed.
• Able to adhere to assigned schedule.
• Able to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to maintain 100% strict adherence to schedule.
• Able to multitask across applications while talking to customers.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Courteous and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly voice of our client to support customers with product questions and changes.
• Explain product formulations and make recommendations for similar products.
• Handle safety reports and communicate with influencers and partners about collaboration or samples.
• Monitor and record user feedback to improve services and products.
