Transcom is hiring a remote Customer Service Advisor to support customers in skincare and cosmetics. You will answer questions about products, explain changes, and recommend alternatives from the comfort of your home.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to work full-time 32–40 hours with overtime as needed.
• Must adhere to assigned schedule and work across shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to research solutions while navigating multiple applications.
