Job summary

Transcom is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support skincare and cosmetics inquiries remotely from home. You'll handle product questions, explain formulations, recommend alternatives, and record feedback to help improve services.

A full-time schedule with a structured remote environment and training is provided, along with equipment and benefits. The role emphasizes empathetic communication, problem solving, and adherence to procedures while managing high-volume inbound requests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to work full-time (32–40 hours) with overtime
• Adherence to assigned schedule in a remote, home-based role
• Comfort with high-volume inbound calls and written requests
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in skincare/cosmetics customer service preferred
• Previous call center or work-from-home experience preferred
