Job summary

Transcom is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support customers from home. You’ll answer questions about skincare and cosmetics, explain product changes, and recommend alternatives. The role involves handling safety reports and coordinating with partners while delivering high-quality service in a structured, remote setting.

Ideal candidates will engage customers with empathy, multitask across applications, and maintain a strong professional standard. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Willing to work full-time 32–40 hours with overtime as needed.
• Able to adhere to the assigned schedule and shifts.
• Experience in skincare/cosmetics customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with product questions and recommendations.
• Explain product formulation changes and inform about similar products.
• Handle safety reports and coordinate with influencers/partners.
• Monitor and record user feedback to improve services and products.
• Work remotely in a structured, high-volume inbound environment.
