Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Site Contract Specialist/Contract Manager for sponsor-dedicated work, remote in the U.S. You will independently manage CTAs, amendments, site budgets, and contract lifecycles with minimal oversight.

You will negotiate budgets, leverage sponsor templates, maintain documentation in trial tracking systems, and coordinate with stakeholders to meet activation timelines. A Bachelor's degree and strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, Life Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience independently managing CTAs, CTA amendments, and site budget negotiations.
• Contract lifecycle management with minimal oversight.
• CTA drafting and negotiation; contract templates and fallback language.

Responsibilities

• Review contract language and budgets for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain internal trackers with accurate information for transparency.
• Negotiate Study budgets within approved parameters.
• Attend progress meetings and provide updates on active negotiations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and timelines.
• Identify risks early and drive solutions.
• Prepare and lead startup-related contract activities and escalation emails.
