Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Site Contract Specialist/Contract Manager (CM) for sponsor-dedicated work, remotely in the U.S. Focused on CTA negotiations, site budgets, and contract lifecycle management across Phase II–IV trials.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage trackers, and drive on-time site activation. The role requires strong negotiation, communication and project-management skills, plus familiarity with sponsor processes and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, public health, life sciences or related field.
• Experience independently managing CTAs, CTA amendments, site budgets and contract lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of CTA drafting, templates, budgets and start-up processes.
• Experience with sponsor/internal trial tracking systems.
• Excellent knowledge of Phase II–IV trials and ICH-GCP.
• Strong project management, organization, prioritization and communication.

Responsibilities

• Review contract language and budgets for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain internal trackers to support transparency.
• Negotiate Study budgets within approved parameters; escalate when needed.
• Attend weekly progress meetings and provide updates on active negotiations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and timelines.
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify risks early and drive proactive solutions.
• Prepare and lead Kick-Off meetings and study-start-up documentation.
• Schedule contract and budget preparation meetings and prepare final contracts.
