Job summary

Syneos Health in the United States (Remote-US) is seeking a Site Contract Specialist/Contract Manager (CM) to manage CTAs, amendments, site budgets, and contract lifecycle tasks across sponsor-dedicated engagements.

You will negotiate budgets, maintain trial trackers, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely site activation and compliant start-up processes. Strong negotiation and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Health, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience independently managing CTAs, amendments, and site budgets.
• Strong understanding of CTA drafting, templates, and budget negotiation.
• Experience with site start-up processes and trial tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Review contract language and budgets for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain internal trackers with timely, transparent updates.
• Negotiate study budgets using sponsor-approved templates.
• Attend weekly progress meetings and report status.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and timelines.
• Identify risks early and drive solutions.
• Prepare and lead Kick-Off Meetings.
• Draft final study-start contracts and related documents.
