Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience independently managing CTAs, amendments and site budgets.
• Understanding of CTA drafting, templates, budgets, and start-up processes.
• Strong negotiation, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Review language and budgets for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain internal trackers to support transparency.
• Negotiate study budgets within approved parameters and escalate as needed.
• Attend weekly progress meetings and update stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and timelines.
• Identify risks early and drive solutions; prepare escalations when needed.
• Draft and finalize study start-up documents and kickoff meetings.
