Syneos Health is seeking a Site Contract Specialist/Contract Manager (CM) for sponsor-dedicated roles with remote work available to U.S. applicants only.

You will manage CTAs, budgets, and contract lifecycle with minimal oversight, supporting clinical trial start-up and site negotiation activities. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has hands-on experience in ICH-GCP, contract drafting, and negotiation within CRO or pharma settings, delivering accurate documentation and timely

Qualifications

• Experience independently managing CTAs and amendments.
• Strong understanding of contract templates and fallback language.
• Familiar with ICH-GCP and clinical development processes.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review contract language and budgets for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain internal project trackers with accurate and timely information.
• Negotiate Study budgets within approved parameters.
• Attend weekly internal and external progress meetings and provide updates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and site activation timelines.
