Syneos Health is seeking a Site Contract Specialist/Contract Manager for sponsor-dedicated work with a remote-U.S. scope. The role requires handling CTAs, amendments, site budgets, and contract lifecycle management with minimal oversight.

You will negotiate budgets, maintain trackers, and collaborate with stakeholders to align contract execution with site activation timelines. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for client-facing responsibilities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, Life Sciences, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience independently managing CTAs, CTA amendments, site budget negotiations, and contract lifecycle with minimal oversight.
• Strong understanding of CTA drafting/negotiation, contract templates, budget development, and start-up processes.
• Experience maintaining negotiation status and documentation in sponsor/internal systems.

Mansioni

• Review contract language and budgets for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain internal project trackers for transparency.
• Negotiate study budgets within approved parameters before escalation.
• Attend weekly progress meetings and provide updates on active negotiations.
