You will provide technical and operational leadership, manage budgets and vendors, and lead a small team of telecom professionals.

The role focuses on strategy, architecture, migrations, and ensuring high availability, security, and cost control across a large enterprise, with a U.S. remote location.

Qualifications

• 8+ years supporting enterprise telecom environments and leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of SIP, PRI, VoIP, SBCs and unified communications.
• Experience migrating to SIP/cloud and managing telecom vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead telecommunications strategy, architecture and modernization roadmaps.
• Oversee voice infrastructure, migrations and vendor management.
• Ensure high availability, security, and cost optimization.
• Mentor telecom staff and align telecoms with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage telecom invoices and contracts.
